1 Q What is a FAQ?
A A FAQ is a list of frequently asked questions.  Usually, it is  just a compilation of questions you may ask.
2 Q Do people really frequently ask these questions?
A No.  A FAQ list is really designed to answer any and all questions you may have so that you don't have to go anywhere else to get the answers to questions you may have.  The FAQ is designed to make everyone's life easier.  It makes your life easier because anything you may want to know is right here in writing.  It is easier for us since we don't have to answer the same question over and over again.  Some of these questions have actually been asked over and over, and some may never be asked.
3 Q Why so many questions?
A In the age of information, we want to be complete.  Since this document is here to keep you from having to call us, we need to anticipate anything and everything you may want to know about the topic of the FAQ.  We try to list them logically so that you can either read the document down, or use the top contents to jump to an answer.  If you still need to call us for an answer to a question not on the FAQ, the FAQ has failed its' purpose.
4 Q Why not release a Whitepaper or something instead of answering a lot of questions?
A Most people don't want to take the time to read a whitepaper on how things work.  A FAQ list allows someone to quickly skim down the list to see topics they care about.  Whitepapers are long and involved papers describing a process or technology.  It is our experience that a FAQ succeeds while whitepapers fail.
5 Q Does that mean you don't want us calling?
A No, please call if you have any questions.  We believe in completeness.  When I get to a web site, I want to know everything I'm there to know, and I don't want to have to call someone to get the "rest" of the story.  Since it is what we would prefer, we try to make that available to you.  If you would instead prefer to call us and discuss, please do.  We would love to hear from you.
